Panel Data Moves at the Speed of Trust In this panel development experts and practitioners will share perspectives on what processes and practices for protecting privacy data sharing and data release including opening up health data can enable the effective use of these data while also minimizing potential harms to individuals and communities The Speakers will also draw upon their experiences to discuss what tools and data management practices can be used to assess risks and benefits of these data and for responsibly opening and sharing health data under different contexts of international development They will also discuss what organizational capacities and resources are needed to promote use of health data in ways that can engender trust and promote accountability in digital development programs Presented by Melissa Sabatier COO BlueSquare
