Abstract
Kenya has one of the highest mobile and internet penetration rates in Africa creating an opportunity to explore digital interventions to promote reproductive care seeking and self efficacy Personalized sexual and reproductive health SRH information delivered through digital channels could increase SRH literacy and timely care seeking We will share experiences from 3 organizations based in Kenya seeking to optimize SRH for women via digital channels Jacaranda Health will share results from their chatbot feasibility study for pregnancy support including attitudes towards privacy acceptability accuracy and engagement of users Lily Health will share lessons learned while building 1 1 private conversational relationships with women on SMS Facebook Messenger around SRH topics Finally Nivi will share its experiences building a digital health product that enables women to avail themselves of contraceptive options and learnings on how to reach underserved populations Speakers included Naomi Rutenberg MODERATOR Senior Associate Mann Global health Mary Brannock Project Manager Duke Univ Jacaranda Rachel Jones Program Manager Jacaranda Sidd Goyal CEO Founder Nivi
