MEASURE Evaluation

This collection of the Digital Square Resource Library contains a collection of health information systems (HIS) strengthening tools and resources that were produced by the USAID-funded MEASURE Evaluation Project. From 2014–2020, MEASURE Evaluation, Phase IV, worked to improve the capacity of low- and middle-income countries to generate and use high-quality health information to make evidence-informed, strategic decisions at local, regional, and national levels. These resources also are available on the MEASURE Evaluation HIS Strengthening Resource Center, which will become static in March 2020. MEASURE Evaluation was led by the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), with a consortium comprising five health system expert organizations: ICF International, John Snow, Inc., Management Sciences for Health, Palladium, and Tulane University.
