dc.description.abstractInteractive Session Holistic Systems Thinking Approach Getting More out of our Investments This interactive session led by PATH and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will explore and discuss the concepts of using a holistic systems thinking all the time approach which includes an understanding of the entire system involved by examining the linkages and interactions between the components that comprise the health system including the hard and soft facts issues challenges and interfaces and identify suitable interventions to address challenges faced in the system This session will share the experience of the BID Initiative thus far and how the systems thinking all the time approach has been used Facilitators will guide participants to examine the linkages and interactions between the components that comprise the health system including the hard and soft facts issues challenges and interfaces and identify suitable interventions to address challenges faced in the system Presented by Laurie Werner Global Director BID Initiative PATH
