mHero
Abstract
The mHero platform allows health workers, government authorities, and other key stakeholders to engage in real-time, targeted communication via mobile phone two-way SMS (text messages), interactive voice response, and direct calls in order to rapidly respond to health workers' needs, particularly in emergency situations like the recent Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
